Quantum Global started in 2018 as an IT and software practice and grew into an AI studio shipping production systems for businesses on two continents.
We've built voice assistants, vision pipelines, document-intelligence engines, automation systems and full SaaS products — for property companies, public-sector audiences and SMB clients across India and the UK. - Strong Python or Node.js.
- Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks and wiring tools together.
- A bias for shipping working things over perfect plans.

Build and ship the interfaces and product UIs that clients actually use — fast, polished, and deployed to production.
What you'll do
- Build responsive web apps in React / Next.js and Tailwind.
- Turn designs into pixel-accurate, motion-rich, fast UI.
- Integrate APIs and auth; handle state and edge cases cleanly.
- Deploy and keep it fast — Vercel, containers, CI.
What we look for
- Solid React / Next.js and TypeScript.
- Strong CSS / Tailwind and a real eye for detail.
- Care about performance and how things feel.
- Bonus: design sense, animation, deployment / DevOps.
Find the right clients, open the conversations, and turn interest into shipped projects across India and the UK.
What you'll do
- Source and qualify leads across our target markets.
- Run outreach and discovery calls; understand the real problem.
- Craft proposals and pricing with the team.
- Own the pipeline from first touch to signed.
What we look for
- Clear, confident written and spoken communication.
- Experience in B2B, agency or SaaS sales.
- Self-starter who can build a pipeline from scratch.
- Bonus: tech literacy, CRM fluency, India + UK market sense.
Keep client systems running and clients happy — triage issues, fix them, and make the rough edges smoother.
What you'll do
- First response on client issues — calm, clear, fast.
- Troubleshoot deployments, integrations and accounts.
- Document fixes and grow the knowledge base.
- Escalate well and follow through to resolution.

- Methodical, patient problem-solving.
- Working knowledge of web, cloud and APIs.
- Genuinely good communication.
